HP4 Shotcrete Sprayer for Mining Industry Chuangda Designed Concrete Spraying Machine for Underground Environments
Products Description Chuangda HP4 is a compact and agile concrete sprayer, specifically designed for modern mining operations with small and medium-sized drifts with cross sections ranging from 2.5m×2.5m to 8m×8m. Powered by a combination of a diesel engine and an efficient electrohydraulic power pack, it ensures reliable and energy-efficient operation. With a spraying capacity of up to 20 m³/h and a smart dosing system, it automatically adjusts the dosage of accelerator to reduce rebound and enhance support performance. With its robust structural design, excellent spraying capability, and agile mobility, the HP4 drives the advancement of underground support equipment toward greater intelligence and efficiency.
Features and Benefits
1.Smart Dosing System The dosing system is controlled by PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and features an electrohydraulic proportional accelerator which can automatically adjust the dosage accelerator based on the concrete spraying volume, and effectively reduce rebound rate. It is equipped with a hose pump driven by a variable frequency motor, which provides higher dosing accuracy and helps reduce material waste, compared to traditional screw pumps. 2.Pumping System The concrete pumping system delivers stable and continuous output, supporting high-quality shotcrete application. It features an automatic lubrication system that effectively reduces wear on key components, extends the lifespan of vulnerable parts, and lowers maintenance needs. Heavy-duty concrete cylinders with durable pump pistons ensure reliable, long-lasting performance.
3.High-Performance Manipulator The spray manipulator can be controlled by cable or radio remote control. Its dual telescopic boom design helps to improve spraying thickness and reduce rebound rate, offering better operational control. Thanks to its telescopic and tilting boom, along with a hydraulic rotary motor-driven nozzle, the spraying manipulator delivers multi-angle spraying operations for full coverage of the working sections.
4.Reliable Chassis Powered by a diesel engine compliant with China Stage III emission standards, the chassis delivers both environmental performance and robust power. It features multiple wet brake discs on all four wheels and a dual-circuit braking system, ensuring safe, reliable tramming and secure parking in underground environments. With central articulation, hydraulic power steering, and four-wheel drive, the machine offers outstanding maneuverability and smooth handling in narrow drifts.
5.FOPS & ROPS Safety Canopy Given the inherent risks associated with underground operations—such as falling rocks and equipment rollover—it is crucial to ensure operator safety. Chuangda addresses these concerns by equipping the machines with canopies certified for FOPS (Falling Object Protective Structure) and ROPS (Roll Over Protective Structure), providing robust protection for operators.
