Features
Automated system with high production efficiency, uniform material mixing, convenient material changing, smooth and precise transmission system, noiseless operation, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant.
Applications
Used for the mixing and plasticizing of rubber and plastics. Materials are subjected to pressure from a pressure roller in a closed tank, where they undergo shearing, extrusion, stirring, folding, and other kneading actions by two rotors rotating at different speed ratios to plasticize (mix) into the desired raw material. Suitable for large-scale production.
