Control Function Features:
- Material Stop Plate Adjustment Rod: Loosen the rod to move the material stop plate; tighten the rod to fix the material stop plate in position.
- Material Stop Plate: Prevents material spillage, with adjustable position.
- Support Base: Supports theentire frame.
- Fine-tuning Handwheel: Adjusts the roller gap, which is directly related to the thickness of the output sheet.
- Electrical Control Box: Controls the entire circuit and operations.
- Reversing Door: When the knee touches the reversing door,the double rollers will stop.
- Brake Caster: Equipped with a braking function for easy movement and positioning.
- Emergency Stop Pull Rod: Pulling this rod will make the rollers reverse half a turn and then stop.
- Emergency Stop Button: In case of emergency, it can make the rollers stop immediately.

This precise thermal management prevents material scorching and is crucial for processing heat-sensitive polymers like PVC and TPE.

The rollers are manufactured from high-carbon solid steel or vanadium-titanium alloy, featuring a mirror-polished, hard-chrome plated surface with a hardness exceeding HRC 60. This design ensures excellent wear resistance and prevents material residue. Combined with stepless frequency conversion speed control (0-30 r/min) and precise roller gap adjustment (0.1-5mm), the mill delivers uniform plasticization and consistent sheet thickness for optimal formulation testing.

Xihua’s lab mills are equipped with a triple-layer safety system, including a protective cover with an automatic stop switch, a knee-triggered emergency stop and reverse mechanism, and a top safety touch-bar. In the event of an emergency, the system halts and reverses the rollers within 0.3 seconds, effectively preventing accidents and material entanglement.
