Now equipped with an ICP (Inductively Coupled Plasma) source and Post-Oxidation module, the system provides enhanced film densification, improved adhesion, and higher optical quality. Optimized for cover glass, lenses, and foldable substrates

Inline plasma activation before AF coating improves adhesion
Supports spraying or vapor-deposition of fluoropolymer-based AF coatings
Withstands 4200 cycles of rubber eraser abrasion under 1000g load
