C276 Introduction
Super alloys or high performance alloys are available in a variety of shapes and contain elements in different combinations to obtain a specific result. These alloys are of three types that include iron-based, cobalt-based and nickel-based alloys. The ickel-based and cobalt-based super alloys are available as cast or wrought based alloys according to composition and application.
Super alloys have good oxidation and creep resistance and can be strengthened by precipitation hardening, solid-solution hardening and work hardening methods. They can also function under high mechanical stress and high temperatures and also in places that require high surface stability. HASTELLOY(r) C276 is a wrought corrosion-resistant alloy that resists the development of grain boundary precipitates that degrade corrosion resistance.

Socket-welded joint of forged components
Core definitionBy inserting the steel pipe into the socket hole of the joint and using welding techniques (such as arc welding, gas welding) to fuse the steel pipe with the joint, an integrated sealing structure is formed, achieving the connection of the pipeline.
2.Core featureHigh-pressure adaptability: Capable of withstanding pressure levels of 3000LB, 6000LB, and even 9000LB. Suitable for pipelines transporting high-temperature, flammable, explosive, and toxic media (such as main transportation pipelines in petrochemical industries and nuclear power cooling systems). Sealing reliability: After welding, the steel pipe and the joint form a seamless integration, eliminating the risk of leakage, and featuring excellent vibration and impact resistance. Construction requirements: Requires a professional welding team to operate. The construction period is long. Once the welding is completed, disassembly and maintenance are extremely difficult.

2. Blank forming: The pipe fittings are mainly formed by pressing and forging round steel or steel ingots into blanks.

During the coarse machining stage, a thread milling machine or thread broaching machine is used for initial processing; in the fine machining stage, a precision lathe is used for meticulous processing to ensure the accuracy and surface quality of the joints.
4. Post-processing techniques: After processing, post-processing techniques such as deburring, grinding, and surface treatment are carried out to improve the durability and appearance of the joints.
5. Quality review: Measure and inspect the dimensions, shapes, and surface quality of the threads to ensure that the joints meet the design requirements.
6. Assembly and inspection: Perform the assembly and inspection of the threaded joints through a strict assembly and inspection process to ensure that each joint meets the high-quality and high-performance standards.
