TBM Rubber Seal Introduction
TBM Rubber Seals are critical sealing components used in Tunnel Boring Machines (TBMs) to ensure reliable waterproofing and pressure resistance during underground tunneling operations. They are designed to prevent the leakage of water, soil, and slurry between segmented concrete lining rings and the shield structure.
Our TBM rubber seals are manufactured from high-quality elastomer materials such as EPDM, NBR, or custom rubber compounds, providing excellent resistance to wear, high pressure, water, and chemical corrosion. The seals maintain stable performance under extreme underground conditions, including high ground pressure and long-term compression.
