I. Product Introduction
The 800TPD Mineral Calcination Rotary Kiln Plant is a medium-scale professional complete mineral high-temperature calcination production line with a daily capacity of 800 tons. II. Working Principle
After screening and pretreatment, the mineral raw materials are automatically fed at a uniform speed. The waste heat from the kiln tail is utilized for preheating, dehydration, and impurity removal. After entering the rotary kiln, the materials move steadily along with the kiln body and complete thorough calcination and modification within a constant high-temperature zone. The finished products are rapidly cooled and discharged. The entire system adopts a waste heat recycling process, while the intelligent control system automatically regulates temperature, airflow, and rotational speed. The production line supports continuous 24-hour operation, and the exhaust gas is purified before being discharged in compliance with environmental standards.
