Hydraulic Metal Briquetting Machine
This horizontal scrap metal baler is specially developed for metal recycling, steel mill and metallurgy industries. It compresses steel shavings, aluminum scraps, copper chips, waste iron into high-density solid bales, greatly cutting transportation cost and smelting loss.
With integrated heavy-duty hydraulic system, one-key operation and customizable bale size, it is the ideal recycling equipment for metal processing factories, waste yards and smelters.
Product Descriptions
Y81 series hydraulic metal baler can squeeze all kinds of ferrous & non-ferrous metal scraps into regular cuboid blocks. The finished bale has high density without loose, convenient for stacking, loading and furnace feeding.
Whole machine structure can be customized according to customer site space, including feeding box size, bale length, discharging way and power configuration.

1. Full hydraulic drive, stable extrusion pressure, two control modes: manual joystick / PLC automatic control.
2. Free installation foundation, no anchor bolts needed; diesel motor optional for areas without industrial electricity.
3. Two discharging types: forward push-out & flip discharge, match different production layouts.
4. 7-600 tons extrusion force optional, hourly output 0.5-15 tons to meet different capacity demands.
