Hydraulic Metal Briquetting Machine
This horizontal small scrap metal baler is specially designed for steel recycling, ferrous & non-ferrous smelting industries. It compiles various metal scraps, steel turnings, waste copper and aluminum into standard feeding blocks in square, cylindrical, octagonal and other shapes, effectively cutting down transportation and smelting costs.
The core advantage of scrap metal baler is volume reduction for bulky loose metal waste, which greatly improves storage and delivery efficiency. After compacting scraps into dense bales, it saves storage space and lowers the handling cost of mass loose metal materials.
Descriptions
Y81 series hydraulic metal balers can press steel shavings, waste iron sheets, scrap aluminum, copper and stainless steel into cuboid, octagon or cylindrical qualified furnace materials, which shortens smelting feeding cycle.
This machine is widely applied in steel mills, recycling yards and ferrous metallurgy plants. The compression box size, bale dimension and shape are fully customizable based on clients’ raw materials.

1. Hydraulic drive for all models, optional manual joystick control or PLC automatic control system.
2. No anchor bolts required for installation; diesel engine power is available for off-grid areas without electricity supply.
3. Two discharging modes for selection: flipping discharging and pushing discharging.
4. 8 extrusion pressure levels ranging from 63T to 400T, hourly output covers 0.5 tons to 20 tons.
5. Customizable feeding box size, bale shape and dimension to match customers’ raw material specifications.
