The 1425nm narrowband infrared filter uses fused silica, BK7 high-quality optical substrate, and adopts ion assisted hard film multi-layer medium coating process. The film is dense and firm, resistant to high and low temperatures, moisture and corrosion, and has no problems of film removal and wavelength drift in long-term use. It is suitable for continuous operation of industrial equipment. The optical performance is stable, with a peak transmittance of over 85% at 1425nm and a full width at half maximum of 10-50nm that can be customized as needed. The cut-off depth for ultraviolet, visible, and other miscellaneous infrared bands is OD4-OD6, effectively filtering out environmental natural light and light interference, greatly improving the detection signal-to-noise ratio.
The lens supports customization of circular, square, and irregular shapes, with precise size and thickness tolerances. The smooth and polished surface is free of blemishes, and the spectral attenuation of the oblique incident light path is small, with strong angular adaptability. Widely used in fiber optic gas sensing, near-infrared spectroscopy analyzer, industrial laser detection, crude oil moisture detection, precision optical detection equipment, accurate screening of 1425nm characteristic infrared signals.
