The 9.8μm infrared narrowband filter is specifically designed for mid-to-far infrared NDIR gas detection, industrial infrared temperature measurement, and pyroelectric sensing equipment. It utilizes monocrystalline silicon and germanium wafers as infrared substrates, paired with a dual ion beam sputtering precision interference coating process, ensuring stable and reliable spectral performance. The product's center wavelength is precisely locked at 9.8μm, with a peak transmittance in the passband of ≥88%, and a full-band cut-off depth outside the passband reaching OD4. It effectively blocks visible light, near-infrared radiation, and other stray infrared radiation, significantly reducing ambient light interference, enhancing the sensor's signal-to-noise ratio, and minimizing detection misjudgments.
