Ultra narrow bandwidth: The full width at half maximum (FWHM) is usually controlled between 2-10nm to ensure spectral purity
High transmittance: The peak transmittance can reach 20% -60%, balancing efficiency and selectivity
Deep cut-off depth: The out of band cut-off depth reaches OD4-OD6 (0.01% -0.0001%), effectively suppressing stray light
Shortwave positioning: 220nm is located in the far ultraviolet/vacuum ultraviolet transition region, with high photon energy (~5.6eV)
