Our 10.6 μ m bandpass filter is specially developed for CO ₂ laser, infrared temperature measurement, SF ₆ gas leak detection, and thermal imaging equipment. It uses germanium and zinc selenide infrared substrates combined with multi-layer precision dielectric coatings, with a center wavelength accurately locked at 10600nm and a wavelength tolerance controlled within ± 10nm. The peak transmittance can reach over 80%, and the half width can be selected in narrowband and broadband specifications. The full band noise depth cutoff and optical density OD ≥ 3 effectively isolate visible light and near-infrared interference light sources.
The surface of the lens has undergone ultra precision polishing, with a smoothness of 40/20, uniform and stable coating, high temperature resistance, moisture resistance, and corrosion resistance. It is not easy to peel off after long-term industrial use, ensuring the long-term detection accuracy of the equipment. The product is suitable for multiple scenarios such as laser engraving and cutting machine infrared protection, power sulfur hexafluoride leakage monitoring, industrial non-contact temperature measurement, laboratory infrared spectral analysis, forest fire prevention thermal detection, etc.
