Application characteristics SF-30:Very high fatigue strength and load capacity, with high shock resistance and good corrosion resistance. When cooperated with hard shaft, the joumal rigidity is not less than 53HRC.Fit for middle load, middle to high speed. Suitable for wrapped bushing and thrust washer and connecting rod bearing in internal combustion engine used in mechanical equipment and high shock bushings. SF-31:Very high fatigue strength, load capacity, shock resistance and corrosion(inlay, acclimatization and compatibility.) When cooperated with hard shaft, the joumal rigidity is not less than 48HRC. Fit for bushings under conditions of high speed, oscillating or rotating motion. When plating soft-alloy of surface of bushing, it can be used in high load and speed internal combustion engine, principle axis and connecting rod bushing, thrust washer, wrapped bushing, bushings used in steel rolling machines and machine tol bushing etc. SF-32:Relatively high fatigue strength and load capacity, good performance of bushing surface and be liable to be corrupted with lubricating oil. It can be cooperated with hard or soft shafts if there is soft alloy coating. Journal rigidity is not less than 45HRC. It is mainly used in principle axis of internal combustion engine, connecting rod bushing, thrust washer, wrapped bushings etc. SF-33:Moderate fatigue strength and load capacity, It has good corrosion resistance and relatively good surface performance. It can be worked with soft shaft with joumal rigidity being not less than 250HB. It is mainly used in principle axis of internal combustion engine, connecting rod bushing, thrust washer, wrapped bushing or bushings used in compressing and refrigerating machine. SF-34: Moderate fatigue strength and load capacity. Good surface performance. Being liable to be corrupted with lubricating oil. The working surface of the bushing must be plated with soft alloy layer and its corresponding joumal rigidity is not less than 270HB. Mainly used in principle axis of internal combustion engine, connecting rod bushing, thrust washer as well as wrapped bushing. Provide standardized products: Cylindrical bushes P23, thrust washers P17、P19,flat strip material P17. |
The back layer of the product is made of carbon steel. The friction layer can be made of a copper alloy of different grades. The two different materials can be combined by centrifugal casting. And the bonding strength (shear force) can reach about 1/2 of the tensile strength of the wear-resisting layer copper alloy.
Because the matrix of the whole copper alloy sliding bearing is soft, it is easy to produce processing deformation, and the material cost is high.
the friction layer used is very few, and the resources of copper alloy are seriously wasted. Bimetal Bearings can make good use of the advantages of two kinds of materials that reduce the waste of resources,
but also can improve the overall strength without affecting the use of wear resistance, and can be embedded solid lubrication graphite to make it play a greater role, is the direction of today's industry.

CuPb24Sn4:
It has high fatigue strength, bearing capacity, and impact resistance. It is used for bearings under high speed, swing, and rotation conditions.
CuPb10Sn10:
suitable for medium load, medium to high speed, and large impact load bearings, coils used in mechanical equipment for bearings, sliding bearings with a high surface pressure of washers and side pressure, such as rolling bearings, vehicle bearings, bimetallic bushes, piston pin sleeves, friction plates, etc.
CuSn6Zn6Pb3:
work under normal load and medium sliding speed, such as turbines, motors, compressors, piston clutches, Connecting rod bushings, rocker bushings, etc., currently used in large quantities.
CuSn6.5-0.1:
mainly widely used in heavy-duty vehicle balance bridge bushings, gaskets, internal combustion engine main bushes, connecting rod bushings, rocker bushings, oil pump side friction plates, small and medium power inner Engine bearing bushes, train engine bearing bushes, air compressor bushings, refrigerators, etc.
ALSn20Cu:
It can be matched with flexible shafts and is often used as medium and small power internal combustion engine bearings, train engine bearings, air compressor sleeves, etc. It is the best product to replace babbitt alloy.
