Composite Bearings/bushings
A composite bushing is a type of bearing made from layered or combined materials, The materials we use are copper alloy, steel, and high-performance polymers, etc.
Its advantages are as follows:Load Support, Low Friction and Wear Resistance:
Self-lubricating composite bearings
Self-lubricating bearings are designed for applications where external lubrication is not possible (like excavators).
The solid lubricant is compressed and molded into bearings to ensure that the product is maintenance-free. No auxiliary lubrication of any kind is required. At the start of the operation, a film of solid lubricant is transferred to the shaft. This is acceptable for some relatively demanding environments (lubricant contamination is prohibited).
Compared with standard traditional lubricated bronze bearings, self-lubricating bearings are also ideal for environments in a wider temperature range.
