PTFE Lined Butterfly Valve Introduction

PTFE lined butterfly valve is a kind of industrial anti-corrosion flow control valve, widely used in chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, water treatment and environmental protection industries. The valve inner cavity and sealing parts are fully lined with fluorine plastic material, featuring excellent acid resistance, alkali resistance and corrosion resistance, which can adapt to all kinds of strong corrosive media such as strong acid, strong alkali and organic solvent.
Adopting wafer type or flanged connection design, the valve features compact structure, light weight, small installation space and easy mounting and maintenance. It realizes quick opening and closing with flexible operation, and can precisely control pipeline flow and pressure. The overall sealing performance is reliable with zero leakage under rated pressure, stable service performance and long service life.

This lined butterfly valve can be equipped with manual lever, worm gear, pneumatic and electric actuator to meet automatic control requirements of different working conditions. It is manufactured in accordance with international industry standards, with stable quality, high cost performance, and has become the preferred anti-corrosion valve equipment for industrial fluid pipeline systems.
