Properties: PEG-100 stearic acid ester is a non-ionic emulsifier with a high HLB value of 18.8.
It is generally a white to light brown flake like solid with a characteristic odor of stearic acid and is soluble in water.
PEG-100 stearic acid esters generally contain small amounts of polyethylene glycol diesters and free polyethylene glycol.
▽ Application: O/W type non-ionic emulsifier, usually used in combination with low HLB values of glycerol stearate (HLB ≈ 3.8). It has good stability in products with pH ranging from 3.5 to 9. Suitable for post sun repair, body care, facial care, cleaning, and makeup products
