1、 Characteristics and physical properties:
Appearance: translucent lotion
Ingredients: Aliphatic
Ionic type: Anion
Solid content: 40 ± 2%
Viscosity (25 ℃): below 600CPS
Modulus (100%): 100kg/cm2
PH value: 7-9
2、 Product Features
Grinding and film-forming integrated resin, with good adhesion on various substrates, infinitely diluted with alcohol and water. Free of organic solvents, excellent water and cooking resistance, fast drying speed, good wetting and dispersibility of organic and inorganic pigments, good compatibility and solubility with alcohol, and long-term printing without clogging. Compatible with most acrylic acids and stable in storage, the characteristic is that alcohol and water regulate viscosity without the need for thickeners.
3、 Application
This product is mainly used as a connecting material for PET OPP BOPA CPP and other substrate gravure and flexographic printing composite cooking and grinding integrated water-based inks.
4、 Storage and shelf life:
1. The storage temperature is 0-40 ℃.
2. This product should be placed in a well ventilated and dark place. Avoid high temperatures or direct sunlight. Sealed storage is required to prevent water evaporation and the formation of conjunctiva.
