2、 Product Features
Specially designed for the grinding of alcohol water ink, this product adopts organic nano polymer synthesis technology, and the grinding and drying speed of pigments are comparable to those of competing oil-based resins. Excellent solubility and alcohol or water compatibility stability, (dispersing at high speed without clumping or thickening with alcohol or water color paste), good adhesion and anti sticking, scratch resistance, dry and wet wiping resistance, rubbing resistance, excellent ink color development, clear and non diffusive shallow screen transfer printing, dry and odorless film formation, miscible and stable with water-based acrylic resin.
3、 Application
This product is mainly used as a universal water-based ink connector for gravure printing on film substrates such as gold silver ink, PE PET OPP PA CPP PVC aluminum plating, and composite grinding of inner printing.
4、 Storage and shelf life:
1. The storage period is 12 months, and the storage temperature ranges from 0 to 40 degrees Celsius.
2. This product should be placed in a well ventilated and dark place. Avoid high temperatures or direct sunlight. Sealed storage is required to prevent water evaporation and the formation of conjunctiva.
