Rühr- und Verfahrenstechnik Maier & Richter GmbH was originally founded as an engineering firm in 1972. The decision was made within the first two years to independently produce agitators. RVT fulfils the requirements for a quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 and is certified accordingly. The company recently received the Crefo-Cert from the company Creditreform for the fifth time in succession in recognition of the outstanding financial situation in combination with a ranking in the best credit class (the credit index of RVT is current at 147 points).
We conduct special tests according to customer wishes and for research purposes. Our laboratory is equipped for a broad spectrum of agitator testing:
Viscosity up to 300,000 mPa*s

Our company's foremost policy is to provide our customers with efficient and reliable solutions. Computer-supported design of agitators and agitator testing in our laboratory make it possible to configure the agitator from our universal system of modules. Normally, the agitators undergo a comprehensive test run prior to delivery, which includes dynamic balancing, power consumption measurement in water and testing of running behaviour in especially critical pass-through operation.
RVT agitators are defined by the assignment of the task for specific agitation applications according to customer wishes. In order to achieve the best agitation results, various approaches are devised for the customer-specific agitation task. This also includes complex special designs based on more than 40 years of experience.
