1. Equipment Overview
The TR4-TR5 Double-Layer Tile Press Trapezoidal Roof Panel Forming Machine is a highly efficient cold bending equipment designed to produce metal roofing sheets with trapezoidal profiles. Integrating two different rib specifications (TR4 and TR5), this machine can produce two distinct types of roofing panels on a single unit, significantly saving workshop space and enhancing production flexibility.
2. Core Configuration & Structure
A complete TR4-TR5 double-layer roll forming line typically consists of the following components:
Decoiler: Used for loading and uncoiling the steel coil, supporting passive or hydraulic drive with a maximum loading capacity usually up to 5 tons.
Feeding Guide: Ensures the sheet remains straight before entering the main forming section.
Main Roll Forming Machine: The core component featuring two independent sets of rollers for TR4 and TR5 profiles. The rollers are typically made of high-quality No.45 steel, polished and chrome-plated with a hardness of HRC58-62°, ensuring wear resistance and forming precision.
Hydraulic Cutting System: Made of Cr12 mold steel with heat treatment, achieving flying cut without burrs and ensuring a smooth finish.
PLC Control System: Equipped with a touch screen supporting English and Chinese interfaces. It allows precise setting of panel length and quantity, with a length tolerance usually controlled within ±2mm.
Support Rack / Auto Stacker: Used for receiving and stacking the finished roof panels.1
