Working Process
This equipment integrates a highly automated production line, which primarily includes: decoiling, sheet guiding and leveling, roll forming, automatic length measuring, hydraulic cutting, and product supporting. The entire process is precisely coordinated by a PLC computer control system, ensuring efficient, continuous, and informatized manufacturing.
Core Technical Features
High Forming Precision: The core forming rollers are typically made of high-quality 45# steel or special alloy steel (e.g., Cr12), treated with forging, quenching, and hard chrome plating. This guarantees that the finished corrugated sheets feature a flat appearance, uniform waves, and intact paint coatings.
High Automation: Equipped with advanced frequency conversion control and automatic length-cutting systems, the machine ensures minimal dimensional errors. Features like automatic lubrication and fault alarm systems significantly reduce the need for manual intervention.
