The 686-762 double-layer color steel tile forming machine is a highly efficient metal cold roll forming equipment specifically designed to meet the market demands of South Africa and Africa. Featuring a double-layer structure, this cost-effective machine can produce both 686 trapezoidal sheets and 762 corrugated sheets. The production line consists of decoiling, roll forming, and post-forming cutting. The finished products are characterized by a smooth appearance and uniform paint texture.

Forming Process: The 686 model utilizes 11 rows of rollers, while the 762 model uses 13 rows. The shafts are made of 45# steel (75mm diameter) with hard chrome-plated forming rollers. The transmission system uses a 6-point sprocket, chain drive, and planetary cycloid reducer, ensuring smooth and noiseless operation.
