■ As a key link in the entire post-sterilization process, the fully automatic loading and unloading basket system is crucial to ensuring the continuous and efficient work of the system. The system integrates multiple subsystems such as automatic basket loading, layer pad collection, automatic basket unloading, and basket transportation to form a complete automation solution. This system is mainly used for pre- and post-sterilization treatment of glass bottles, plastic bottles, aluminum cans, tin cans and other products. In actual operation, the filled products are transported to the basket loading machine through the conveyor line, and the basket loading machine automatically stacks the products into the baskets in an orderly manner. Subsequently, the basket conveyor line will smoothly send the fully loaded baskets into the retort for sterilization.
■ After the sterilization is completed, the basket conveyor line will transfer the product to the basket unloader again. At this time, the basket unloader will automatically take the product out of the basket. Finally, the product is transferred to the post-packaging equipment through the conveyor line for quality inspection and packaging. The application of the fully automatic loading and unloading basket system not only significantly reduces the dependence on manual labor, but also greatly improves the overall work efficiency and ensures the accuracy and standardization of product handling.
