Our bimetal composite pipe combines a Q355B carbon steel base with a high hardness 65Mn liner. This provides excellent wear resistance for slurry transport, mining, and dredging applications.
✅ Base – Q355B (yield ≥355 MPa, weldable)
✅ Liner – 65Mn spring steel (hardness 350-450 HB after heat treatment)
✅ Bonding – Mechanical or metallurgical
✅ OD range – 5mm – 256mm
✅ Liner thickness – 2mm – 8mm
