Our U-bend tubes are manufactured from ASTM A179 seamless cold-drawn low carbon steel, specifically designed for floating head heat exchangers where tube bundle removal is required.

✅ Wall thickness – 0.8mm – 3mm
✅ Min bend radius – 1.5 × OD (typical)
✅ Leg length tolerance – ±1.6mm
✅ Stress relieved after bending
