Machine Tool Introduction
The TS-400 vertical 5-axis simultaneous machining center is equipped with the 220MA-5 control system. Featuring high positioning accuracy and fast response speed, it supports 5-axis simultaneous machining. Fitted with automatic tool changer as well as automatic measuring devices for workpieces and cutting tools, it delivers efficient and automatic machining;
The machine consists of base, column, crossbeam, spindle head, ram, pneumatic system, automatic lubrication system, hydraulic system, cooling & chip removal system, electrical parts, CNC system, inspection system and fully enclosed safety guard system. The ram carriage moves left/right along X-axis, crossbeam moves forward/backward along Y-axis, ram moves up/down along Z-axis; the tilting rotary table swings on A-axis and rotates on C-axis. All axes are automatically controlled to realize 5-axis linkage machining;
Key castings are made of high-strength cast iron with resin sand casting process. The castings undergo double tempering, artificial aging and natural aging to secure material stability. Optimized box & rib structure provides excellent bending resistance, high rigidity and outstanding stability. The main spindle is imported mechanical type with max spindle speed up to 15000rpm and automatic spindle clamping/unclamping function. X/Y/Z axes are driven by servo motors which directly drive ball screws via couplings; C-axis rotation and A-axis tilting are driven by torque motors, ensuring high motion precision and transmission rigidity of the drive system;
Bed casting is optimized via finite element analysis with rational rib layout for superior static and dynamic rigidity;
Compact outline for convenient loading and transportation.
Operating Environmental Requirements
Power supply: AC400V (±10%), 3-phase 5-wire, 50Hz (±1Hz). Ground connection resistance shall be less than 0.3Ω. Voltage drop shall not exceed 5% when main motor starts at high speed; an extra voltage stabilizer is required if necessary;
Ambient installation temperature: 15~35℃. Temperature fluctuation directly impacts machining precision; constant temperature of 20℃ (±1℃) is recommended for high-precision processing;
Relative humidity: 20%~75% at reference ambient temperature of 20℃;
Electrical components are designed for installation below 1000m altitude; servo drive output power will drop when exceeding this elevation;
Under above specified conditions, the machine shall run continuously, stably and reliably while maintaining guaranteed machining accuracy.
