This vertical CNC five-axis machining center features high precision and a high-rigidity structure. The machine main body is designed and optimized through finite element analysis, achieving optimal structural design.
After the workpiece is clamped in a single setup, the CNC system can control the machine to automatically select and change tools according to different processes. It can also automatically adjust the spindle speed, feed rate, and the motion path of the tool relative to the workpiece, as well as activate other auxiliary functions. The machine continuously performs multi-process machining on all machined surfaces of the workpiece, including drilling, countersinking, reaming, boring, tapping, milling and other operations.
As the machining center can complete multiple processes in a centralized and automatic manner, it eliminates manual operation errors, reduces the time required for workpiece clamping, measurement and machine adjustment, as well as workpiece turnover, handling and storage time. This greatly improves machining efficiency and accuracy, delivering excellent economic benefits.
This CNC five-axis machining center is equipped with a direct-drive rotary table to realize 4-axis or 5-axis simultaneous machining. Optional accessories such as a tool setting probe system and linear scale are available. The machine is standardly fitted with an umbrella-type tool magazine for automatic tool change, enabling completion of multiple processes in one single clamping during high-speed machining.
