The support points are supported by steel bars, which makes it less prone to deformation and wear during long-term operation. The trolley operation adopts Japanese NSK bearings, which are durable. The high-precision crossbeam significantly enhances the operational accuracy and stability of the machine, ensuring that it does not shake at high speeds and has better stability.
High-precision trolley: The ZN-350plus cutting machine is controlled by a voice-coil motor. The voice-coil motor has high precision, high rotational speed, faster response, durability and wear resistance, and a long service life. In this way, the force control of the cutting knife is more precise and stable, and it is less likely to have inconsistent depths, ensuring the qualified rate of finished products, effectively eliminating the phenomenon of waste, and achieving unattended operation.
High-resolution CCD camera: The ZN-350plus adopts a high-resolution CCD high-definition camera to accurately detect marking points (corner points compatible with dots), and can accurately detect marking points on colored and reflective materials. It can also be laid out according to customer requirements, thereby saving materials and reducing production costs. It also supports the adjustment of lighting brightness. The lighting brightness can be freely adjusted according to different materials to increase the recognition accuracy. The camera can scan four marking points within three seconds, saving production time, improving work efficiency and reducing costs.
Qr code system: ZN-350plus can automatically read the QR codes printed on the materials. You only need to add the QR code when making the file and print out the QR code file. The machine will automatically read the QR code file and perform precise cutting. This function can effectively reduce the time of searching for files and improve work efficiency. In addition, ZN-350 can also support reading network QR codes. When creating QR code files, save the QR code files to the designated computer folder and select the QR codes to be read in the plugin. The machine will automatically read the designated QR code folder and automatically find the QR codes for precise cutting, thereby improving work efficiency.
Intelligent software: The ZN-350plus operation software adopts the CDR, AI+ plugin mode, generating corner lines and point-like marking points with one click, and recognizing double marking points. The plugin automatically generates marking points based on the paper size and content, allowing for one-click input and one-click generation of Outlines. The software automatically optimizes the cutting path, facilitating user operation, being simple and fast, and improving user work efficiency. Meanwhile, the machine has optimized the paper retrieval method. When the paper retrieval fails, it will automatically return the paper and repeat the paper feeding process three times to ensure smooth paper feeding.
Multiple sending methods: The ZN-350plus operation software can be remotely controlled via network cable, WIFI, USB flash drive or USB data cable. It supports one computer connecting to multiple machines for synchronous sending, with a maximum of 100 machines connected simultaneously. It also enables one machine to use multiple computers for remote sending. Each computer can operate the machine independently without the need for dedicated computer operation. For graphic and text advertising stores, the machine can be placed freely and sent remotely via the network port or WIFI. There is no need to connect the machine with a traditional USB data cable, making it more convenient to use. It can also be operated offline using a USB flash drive without the need for an Internet connection or a USB cable. The marking points and patterns are printed out through the printer. Humanized functional design: The ZN-350plus has a counting skip record function. When users put more materials into the machine for cutting, they don't need to look at the machine. After the machine finishes cutting, it will automatically count. If any material scanning fails during the process, the machine will automatically spit out the material and record the number of scans in the Settings. Users only need to check the number of skipped pieces after the machine finishes cutting to determine if there are any problems with the cutting, saving customers' time, achieving unattended operation of the machine, and improving work efficiency.
High-quality materials: The ZN-350plus motherboard chip adopts ST imported chips, featuring high performance, low power consumption, durability and excellent stability. The X and Y-axis running belts adopt imported Pioneer belts, which feature excellent transmission stability, higher precision, durability and extremely strong stability. It adopts Sharp sensors, which feature high sensitivity and long service life. The sensor status can be observed in the machine Settings. When problems occur, users can promptly detect and repair them. The paper feeding adopts thickened paper stoppers with a thickness of up to 9 millimeters.
