II. Product Features
No modification required, no machine adjustment. Direct water addition, specifically designed for PVC water-based screen printing ink. Excellent printing fastness, fine image clarity, and superior gloss. Resistant to screen clogging, with quick-drying properties. Outstanding alcohol compatibility stability (no clumping or thickening during high-speed color paste mixing), excellent adhesion and anti-stick performance. The printed product exhibits superior resistance to hot water, color migration, scratching, and recoating. The ink delivers exceptional color development and printing adaptability.
III. Application
Suitable for water-based PVC inks used in soft PVC, PVC films, PVC hard plastic flooring, PVC edge banding strips, and similar applications, applicable to various flexographic, gravure, offset, and screen printing methods.
IV. Storage and Shelf Life:
1. The storage temperature is 0 to 40°C.
2. This product should be stored in a well-ventilated, dark place. Avoid high temperatures or direct sunlight. Seal it properly to prevent moisture evaporation and film formation
