Appearance: translucent lotion
Ingredients: Aliphatic

Solid content: 40 ± 2%
Softening point: 145~155 ℃
Viscosity (25 ℃): below 500CPS
Modulus (* * *): 200kg/cm2
PH value: 7-9
2、 Product Features
Specially designed for PVC water-based ink in printing composite, fast drying and excellent printing fastness, graphic and text fineness, good solubility, not easy to block the screen, good hot pressing composite fastness, (composite temperature 150-180 ℃) belongs to the second drying type. Excellent alcohol compatibility stability, (does not clump or thicken when stirred at high speed with colorants), good adhesion, anti sticking and recoating properties of printed products, good ink color development and printing solubility, and excellent adaptability.
3、 Application
Used for PVC water-based inks such as soft PVC, PVC film, PVC hard plastic flooring, PVC decorative panels, etc., suitable for various flexographic printing, gravure printing, offset printing, screen printing, etc.
4、 Storage and shelf life:
1. The storage period is 6 months, and the storage temperature is 0-40 ℃.
2. This product should be placed in a well ventilated and dark place. Avoid high temperatures or direct sunlight. Sealed storage is required to prevent water evaporation and the formation of conjunctiva.
