1. Overview
TM1620B is a dedicated circuit for driving and controlling LED (Light Emitting Diode Display) with a keyboard scanning interface. It is internally integrated with MCUDigital interface, data latch, LED high-voltage driver, keyboard scanning and other circuits. This product has excellent performance and reliable quality. It is mainly used for the display screen drivers of products such as VCR, VCD, DVD and home theaters. It uses the SOP20 package form.

· Built-in power-on reset circuit
