Steel Sheet Pile Product Specification
Steel sheet pile is a profiled steel with interlocking clutches on edges. Piles can engage with each other to form continuous soil and water retaining walls. Widely applied in temporary and permanent projects like foundation pit support, cofferdam and river regulation, featuring high strength, excellent water tightness and reusability.
1. Product Classification
1.1 Production Process
Hot-rolled Sheet Pile: Formed by high-temperature rolling. Uniform texture, high strength, tight clutch sealing and good durability. Suitable for deep foundation pits, high water pressure and permanent works. Common grades: Q355B, SY390.
Cold-formed Sheet Pile: Cold bent from thin steel plates. Low cost and flexible fixed length. Inferior clutch tightness and easy cracking. Used for shallow foundation pits and temporary support.
1.2 Section Shape
U-type (Larssen Pile): High lateral rigidity and bending resistance, outstanding water sealing. Ideal for docks, deep foundation pits and revetments. Main models: Larssen Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅵ.
Z-type: Large section modulus and single width, high construction efficiency. Applicable to large deep foundation pits and harbor projects, such as Z160, Z180.
Flat Web Type: Easy driving and good waterproof performance, low bending stiffness. For shallow pits and small temporary support.

Install waling and support timely; pull out piles and backfill holes after project completion
