Chequered Plate Detailed Product Description

Chequered plate, also known as anti-slip plate or patterned steel plate, is a steel plate with regular raised patterns formed by hot rolling or stamping on the surface. It features excellent anti-slip performance, strong load-bearing capacity, good wear resistance and decorative effect, widely used in industry, construction, transportation and other fields.

1. Material & Execution Standard

Common Materials

Q235B: Ordinary carbon steel with yield strength of 235MPa, cost-effective, suitable for general anti-slip platforms, stairs and walkways.
Q355B: High-strength low-alloy steel with yield strength of 355MPa, ideal for heavy-load and high-pressure occasions such as mines, ports and heavy equipment platforms.
Galvanized & Galvalume Plate: Carbon steel base plate with hot-dip galvanized coating (Z80-Z275), outstanding rust and weather resistance, preferred for outdoor projects, ship and vehicle chassis.
