CIPP UV-cured flexible hose. The product is a tubular object composed of five parts from the inside out: a reserved replacement rope (Kevlar line), a bagged inner film, a glass fiber reinforced layer impregnated with resin, a bagged outer film, and a bagged UV protection film.
The production line of UV-cured glass fiber flexible hose consists of a dry material spreading and folding device and a wet line dipping and rolling device.
The dry material spreading and folding device automatically laminates the inner film, outer film, non-woven fabric, glass fiber products, double-sided tape, transparent tape, and Kevlar line through a conveyor device to assemble a dry material semi-finished product. The glass fiber products are placed around the inner film to form a sleeve, and the UV-resistant outer film and non-woven fabric are placed around it, and sealed with transparent tape, double-sided tape, and 3M tape.
The wet line dipping and rolling device uses the vacuum glue filling system of the glue injection production line to evacuate the dry material before filling the flexible hose with glue so that the unsaturated polyester resin can be filled. The mixture of unsaturated polyester resin and thickener is filled through the glue injection gun in the resin mixing and injection system. The unsaturated polyester resin fully and evenly impregnates the glass fiber cloth through the extrusion of rollers. After the glue filling is completed, the sealing treatment is carried out immediately.
Use the automatic rolling system of the glue injection production line to roll and debug the glass fiber cloth impregnated with unsaturated polyester resin according to the designed thickness to make the thickness of the UV-cured glass fiber flexible hose uniform.
The qualified products are folded by the dry material spreading and folding device. The manufactured products are packed in wooden boxes. Noise will be generated during the folding process.
