IV. Production Process

  1. Hot Rolling Process (Mainstream): Steel billet heating → rough rolling forming → finish rolling shaping → special pattern roll rolling → temperature-controlled cooling → straightening → fixed-length cutting. The pattern is clear and full, the plate surface stress is small, the strength is stable, suitable for mass production of medium and thick plates, and the cost is controllable.

  2. Cold Rolling Process: Hot-rolled base plate pickling to remove oxide scale → cold rolling finishing → embossing forming → annealing treatment. It has high dimensional accuracy and good surface finish, suitable for thin plates and scenarios with high appearance requirements.

  3. Anti-corrosion Surface Treatment: Carbon steel checkered plates can be treated with hot-dip galvanizing (zinc layer thickness 80–120μm), electrostatic painting and dipping paint, which can effectively delay rust and extend outdoor service life.
