1.Shredding (Primary Crushing)
The process begins with the PQ-T300 Dual-shaft Shredder. Raw waste scrap cables, are fed into the hopper. The powerful dual shafts rotate to tear and shred these materials into smaller, uniform pieces, preparing them for the next stage.
2.Conveying (Transportation)
Once shredded, the materials fall onto the inclined conveyor belt . This belt automatically lifts and transports the crushed fragments to the feeding inlet of the granulator, ensuring a continuous and efficient workflow without manual handling.
3.Granulating & Separation (Secondary Crushing)
The materials then enter the PQ-T200 Copper Wire Granulator . Inside this unit, a specialized crushing and grinding system further reduces the particle size. Through vibration and airflow separation , the system effectively separates the heavier metal from the lighter plastic.
4.Final Output (Collection)
Finally, the separated materials are discharged ;
Metal Granules: High-purity copper or aluminum granules .
Plastic Granules: Clean plastic fragments ready for recycling .
