Material & Structure
The DIN pneumatic ball valve adopts a 2PC or 3PC floating ball structure, with the valve body made of high-quality 316L/304 stainless steel, carbon steel, or cast iron, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. The ball and seat are precision machined, with PTFE/EPDM soft seal for zero leakage and metal hard seal for high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions. The pneumatic actuator is equipped with a reliable spring return or double-acting design, IP67 protection grade, effectively preventing dust and water ingress, suitable for harsh industrial and marine environments.
Performance & Advantage
With 90° rotary pneumatic actuation, the valve achieves quick on-off (response time 1-3 seconds), which is more efficient than manual valves and suitable for automated production lines. It supports full port or reduced port design: full port ensures unobstructed flow and low pressure loss, while reduced port saves cost for general working conditions. The valve has strong adaptability, with pressure rating PN10-PN40 and temperature range -20℃ to 200℃, compatible with water, oil, gas, chemical solution and other media, meeting diverse industrial needs.

This DIN type pneumatic ball valve covers nominal diameter DN15-DN200, with flange connection (DIN EN 1092-1) or thread connection optional. It is widely applied in industrial automation systems, marine ballast and fuel pipelines, chemical processing, water treatment plants, food and beverage industries, and oil & gas transmission. The valve can be equipped with a solenoid valve, positioner, or limit switch according to customer needs, realizing remote control and position feedback, perfectly matching automated control systems.
