Detailed Product Description of Alloy Centrifugal Casting Pipe


1. Product Introduction


Alloy centrifugal casting pipe is a high-performance industrial pipe product manufactured by horizontal centrifugal casting process, mainly made of high-temperature resistant nickel-chromium alloy, heat-resistant alloy and special alloy steel materials. Driven by high-speed rotating centrifugal force, the molten alloy is uniformly formed, with compact internal structure, no shrinkage porosity, no blowholes, no slag inclusion and uniform wall thickness, which greatly improves the high-temperature stability, creep resistance, oxidation resistance and wear resistance of the pipe.


This product is specially designed for extreme working conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, corrosion and heavy load, widely used in petrochemical cracking furnaces, metallurgical heat treatment equipment, power plant boilers, industrial heating furnaces and other key projects. It can meet the use requirements of long-term continuous operation at 800℃-1250℃, and fully complies with ASTM A608, SADARA S175, Israel Standard 4466 and other international mainstream certification standards, supporting customized production of non-standard sizes, special materials and processing requirements.


2. Production Process & Quality Control


1. Raw Material Smelting: Adopt high-purity alloy raw materials, precise proportioning of nickel, chromium, niobium, titanium, silicon and other alloy elements, smelted in intermediate frequency electric furnace, with full-component spectral detection to ensure the stability of chemical composition.


2. Centrifugal Forming: High-speed rotating metal mold, centrifugal force drives the molten alloy to fill evenly, automatically separate gas and inclusions, realize defect-free blank forming, with higher density than static casting and sand casting products.


3. Heat Treatment: Standardized solution treatment, annealing and tempering process, optimize the metallographic structure, eliminate internal stress, improve the mechanical properties and high-temperature service stability of the pipe.


4. Precision Machining: CNC lathe finishing of inner and outer surfaces, standardized bevel processing, end face finishing, strict control of dimensional tolerance and surface roughness.


5. Full Inspection Before Delivery: Each pipe undergoes chemical composition analysis, room temperature and high-temperature mechanical property test, ultrasonic non-destructive testing, hardness test and dimensional full inspection, with complete and traceable quality certificates.
