Cold Rolled Steel Coil - Detailed Product Description
1. Product Overview
Cold rolled steel coil adopts hot rolled steel coil as raw material. After pickling to remove scale at room temperature, it is processed into finished metal coils through multiple passes of cold continuous rolling, annealing, tempering and other finishing processes. Compared with hot rolled steel, cold rolled steel features smooth surface, high dimensional accuracy, high strength and excellent stamping performance, serving as a core basic material for high-end manufacturing industries.
2. Production Process
Hot Rolled Steel Coil → Pickling (Scale Removal) → Cold Continuous Rolling → Annealing (Stress Relief) → Tempering & Straightening → Slitting & Recoiling → Finished Product Packaging

Surface Type:
Bright Finish (B): Smooth and bright surface with low roughness, suitable for parts with high appearance requirements.
Matte Finish (M): Uniform fine matte texture, reducing stamping slip lines and ideal for deep drawing.
Surface Grade:
FA: Standard surface with slight minor defects allowed.
FB: High-quality surface with few defects.
FC: Premium surface without visible defects, applicable for electroplating, painting and other finishing treatments.

Delivery Period: 5-7 days for stock goods; 7-15 days for customized specifications.
