Stainless steel and lined Teflon air duct， PTFE lined stainless steel flex duct, PTFE Lined Ducts
The PTFE lined stainless steel flex duct has an inner layer of stainless steel corrugated pipe, and the outer layer is made of woven metal mesh or steel strip and PTFE as the inner material.
ETFE (Teflon) coated Exhaust Ductwork
ETFE-coated Stainless Steel Duct boasts exceptional resistance against corrosive / combustible exhaust fumes. Our coated ducts are FM Approved per Approval Standard 4922, passing rigorous fire safety testing.
Our ducts are coated with Teflon™ ETFE (Chemours) resin. This multi-layer coating is mechanically robust and has high corrosive resistance. When they are subjected to severe fire, they will not collapse, propagate fire or emit significant amounts of smoke.

We provide SS304 / SS316 for all duct fittings.
The duct diameters range from 50 mm to 3000 mm.
The average thickness of the ETFE thermoplastic coating is 250 microns (µm).
The coated duct can operate continuously in temperatures ranging from -100°C to 150°C.
ETFE-coated dampers meet the rigorous standards set by the Air Movement and Control Association (AMCA) for air leakage and air performance.
These dampers are suitable for corrosive exhaust systems due to their unique construction. They can be used in:
