1、Product Characteristics
Modified ethylene-based resin anchoring adhesive belongs to the fast-curing type of anchoring structural adhesive.
It cures rapidly at room temperature and does not flow during application.
It provides quick load-bearing capability to the building structure, exhibits high bonding strength, and has a high resistance to tensile forces.
It is resistant to various media and aging.

4、Construction Elucidation
Drilling: Drill holes according to the dimensions specified in the design drawings.
Cleaning: Blow out the dust from the holes using an air blower and then use a specialized brush to remove any loose concrete on the hole walls. Finally, use the air blower again to ensure the holes are clean and dry for further use.
Injection of Adhesive: Attach the 360S adhesive nozzle (mixer) to the adhesive bottle. Check that the nozzle has a spiral tube; if not, discard it. It is strictly prohibited to remove the spiral tube from the nozzle on-site. Fix the adhesive bottle onto a dedicated adhesive gun and extrude the adhesive at a constant speed. Discard the first three extrusions of adhesive. Insert the adhesive nozzle into the bottom of the hole, apply adhesive while slowly withdrawing the nozzle upwards. The normal adhesive injection amount should be 2/3 of the hole volume. After finishing the adhesive, replace the nozzle and adhesive bottle for the next use. If there is any remaining adhesive, remove the nozzle, wipe the outlet clean, and tighten the cap for future use.
Installation of Reinforcement: After injecting the adhesive, slowly and clockwise insert the threaded steel or rod into the bottom of the hole. It is preferable to have a slight amount of adhesive overflow, which can be wiped off.
Curing: Allow the anchoring adhesive to cure naturally without rotating or knocking the rods during the curing period. The curing time should be referenced from the 360S curing time chart based on the ambient temperature.
5、Packaging and Storage
This product is packaged in boxes containing 30 sticks each.
The product should be stored in a normal temperature environment, with a shelf life of 18 months.
During storage, it should be shielded from sunlight and kept away from open flames, heating devices, and other heat sources.
