1、Product Characteristics
Barrel-packaged Anchoring Adhesive. It is a chemically bonded reactive modified epoxy resin adhesive that contains only nano-materials and no sand. It features high thixotropy, fine colloidal structure, and rapid curing, making it suitable for various anchoring projects. The mixing ratio of Component A to Component B is 2:1, and the product has a density of 1.65 g/cm³. The working time after mixing is approximately 10 to 30 minutes (depending on the ambient temperature), and the initial setting time is around 1 to 6 hours.
2、Product Advantages
The anchoring adhesive has strong anchoring force, with a splitting tensile strength of up to 13.51 MPa.
It exhibits exceptional toughness, with a flexural strength of up to 73.6 MPa.
It comes with a 50-year warranty and is resistant to humidity, heat aging, and has excellent seismic performance.
The adhesive is designed to minimize waste, as any unused portion can be reused.
It is resistant to acids, alkalis, water stains, freezing and thawing, and welding.
Furthermore, the anchoring adhesive is available in formulations suitable for different construction seasons, including winter, summer, and spring and autumn, depending on the ambient temperature.

4、Instructions for Use
After thoroughly mixing the anchoring adhesive in a ratio of A component to B component = 2:1, it is ready for use.
5、Precautions
Low-temperature construction: When the temperature is too low, especially above -5℃, the A and B components of the winter formula anchoring adhesive can be heated separately in warm water (or containers) at 50~60℃ to reduce viscosity and facilitate mixing.
Ambient temperature: The construction environment should be maintained below 40℃. The initial setting time at room temperature is 2 hours, and initial curing occurs within 24 hours. However, curing time may be prolonged in sub-zero temperatures or humid conditions.
6、Packaging and Storage
10kg per set (A component and B component)
Each box (A bucket) has a gross weight of approximately 14.0KG
Each box (B bucket) has a gross weight of approximately 21.5KG
External Packaging Dimensions:
A bucket: Length × Width × Height = 440 × 235 × 232 (mm)
B bucket: Length × Width × Height = 550 × 380 × 200 (mm)
Storage Conditions: Store the product at room temperature.
Shelf life: 12 months.
Storage Guidelines: Keep the product away from direct sunlight, open flames, and heating devices.
