EXAKT 120EH-450 Adhesive Three-roll Mill, German EXAKT
The three-roll mill achieves the grinding effect of transforming agglomerated materials into dispersed ones by the mutual extrusion of the surfaces of three horizontal rollers and the friction at different speeds, applying shear force to the agglomerated materials. Control panel
All EXAKT E models can realize the function of front or rear placement of the control panel and are equipped with a machine support. Such a combination can easily achieve an efficient filling method and convenient operation at different angles.
Closed-loop cooling
The E models can be equipped with a rotary inlet according to customer requirements to realize the cooling and heating process with pressure, replacing the previous conventional pressure-free input. This innovation increases the cooling or heating capacity by one-third.
Improved scraper system
All Ekator 120E series are equipped with a multi-functional scraper system. Based on the functions of the well-known 80E series, it also achieves the following functions:

The scraper fits tightly to the roller
Adjustable scraper angle
No special tools are required when replacing the scraper blade
The fineness of the product can be processed to less than 1 micron according to the characteristics of the product itself
