The Monowave 400 is a high-performance single-mode microwave reactor
The Monowave 400 provides a brand-new and advanced tool for microwave synthesis research. Through precise heating curves, it makes microwave synthesis more reliable and superior.
The Monowave 400 offers a single-mode microwave operating temperature of 300℃ and a pressure of 30 bar (435 psi), providing a new space for synthetic method development and reaction optimization.
The microwave field density of the Monowave 400 ensures repeatable and excellent heating rates in any reaction volume and any reaction solvent without the use of any auxiliary heating elements. The advanced ruby crystal luminescent fiber optic sensor ensures real-time feedback control and also enables high-precision temperature measurement.
Equipped with a video imaging system, the chemical reaction process can be observed through the integrated digital camera. All color changes and precipitation conditions can be directly understood through the touch screen, or the dissolution status of the substrate and the stirring efficiency can be checked.
The Monowave 400 allows you to use certain reagents and solvents under conditions that were previously impossible. It enables you to break through the limitations of conventional single-mode synthesis for method development to study the effects of increased temperature and pressure on reaction activity and reaction processes.
