Electric motor controls the position of the measuring head: The slow and precise movement of the measuring head minimizes its impact on the sample structure.
SafeGap: Ensures precise control of the measuring gap, and each test is completely identical, accurate, and repeatable.
TruRay: There is an LED light under the measurement, and the light brightness can be adjusted to observe the sample more clearly and conveniently.
QuickConnect: The quick connector allows for one-handed connection of the measuring rotor without threads, making the replacement of the measuring rotor very fast and easy.
ToolmasterTM: Automatically identifies the connected measuring rotor and temperature control unit.

Temperature control system

The temperature control system of the MCR72/92 rheometer has multiple options, and the temperature range can be extended from -40℃ to 400℃. Peltier temperature control or electric heating temperature control can be selected.
Peltier cone-plate temperature control: -5℃ - 200℃ (can be extended to -40℃)
Peltier cylinder temperature control: 5℃ - 150℃ (can be extended from -30℃ to 200℃)
Electric heating cone-plate temperature control: Room temperature - 400℃
