I. Product Overview

II. Core Product Categories
Ordinary Steel Plate: A basic general-purpose steel plate with uniform texture and high cost performance, suitable for various basic structure construction.
Hot-Rolled Steel Plate: Produced by hot rolling process, with a wide thickness range, high strength and good toughness, and natural oxide scale on the surface. It is mostly used for large structural parts, mechanical bases, etc.
Cold-Rolled Steel Plate: Processed by cold rolling, with smooth surface, high precision and uniform size, and thin thickness. It is suitable for household appliance casings, precision instrument accessories and other scenarios requiring high appearance and precision.
Checkered Steel Plate: With regular patterns such as lentil shape and diamond shape on the surface, it has good anti-skid performance and is often used for workshop floors, platforms, anti-skid pedals, vehicle pedals, etc.
Medium and Heavy Steel Plate: Thickness ≥ 4.5mm, high strength and strong bearing capacity, which can be used for bridges, plant columns, pressure vessel shells, large mechanical frames, etc.

(1) Main Materials
Conventional materials: Q235B, Q355B, Q355C, SS400, A36, S235JR, S355JR;
Special materials: NM400, NM450, NM500 (wear-resistant), AH36, DH36 (shipbuilding), Q345R, 16MnR (pressure vessel), etc. Products of corresponding materials can be provided according to customer needs.
(2) Implementation Standards
Production is strictly in accordance with national and international standards, mainly including: GB/T 700 (Carbon Structural Steel), GB/T 1591 (Low Alloy High Strength Structural Steel), GB/T 3274 (Hot-Rolled Thick Steel Plates and Strips of Carbon Structural Steel and Low Alloy Structural Steel), ASTM A36 (American Standard), JIS G3101 (Japanese Standard), EN 10025 (European Standard), ABS/BV/DNV (Marine Standard), etc., to ensure product quality meets the standards.

(1) Conventional Specifications
Thickness: 1.2mm - 200mm (thicker specifications can be customized according to needs);
Width: 0.6m - 3m (conventional widths are 1.22m, 1.5m, 2m; special widths can be customized);
Length: 12m - 18m (conventional lengths are 12m, 14m, 16m; can be cut and customized according to needs);
Tolerance: Dimensional tolerance strictly complies with national standards, with high flatness and no obvious deformation.
(2) Customization Service
According to the specific needs of customers, we can customize steel plates with special thickness, width and length. V. Production Process
Hot Rolling Process: Adopting high-temperature heating and rolling, with high production efficiency, it can produce large-thickness and large-width steel plates, with uniform internal structure and stable mechanical properties;
Cold Rolling Process: Rolling at room temperature, with high precision and smooth surface, it can produce thin-gauge steel plates and reduce subsequent processing procedures;
Heat Treatment Process: According to the material and purpose, annealing, normalizing, tempering and other treatments are carried out to improve the strength, toughness, wear resistance and other properties of the steel plate;
Surface Treatment: Sandblasting, painting, anti-rust treatment, galvanizing, etc., can be provided to enhance the corrosion resistance of the steel plate and extend its service life;
Quality Inspection: Each batch of products undergoes strict physical and chemical testing, dimensional testing and surface testing to ensure no cracks, bubbles, scabs, inclusions and other defects, and can leave the factory only after passing the inspection.

(1) Packaging Method

Special Packaging: According to customer needs, waterproof and moisture-proof packaging (such as wrapping film) can be provided, which is suitable for long-distance transportation or humid environments;
Standard Labeling: Each bundle of steel plates is marked with product name, material, specification, batch, production date and other information for easy verification.
(2) Transportation Method
Sea transportation and land transportation (road transportation, railway transportation) are supported. The appropriate transportation method is selected according to the customer's location and order quantity to ensure the products are delivered safely and timely; protective measures are taken during transportation to avoid scratches and deformation of the steel plate surface.
