I. Product Overview
Hot-dip galvanized steel pipe takes hot-rolled or cold-rolled steel strip/coil as the base material, which is formed by high-frequency welding, and then a uniform, dense and strongly adherent zinc layer is attached to the inner and outer surfaces of the pipe through the hot-dip galvanizing process, thereby greatly improving the corrosion resistance, rust resistance and weather resistance of the pipe. It is widely used in water supply and drainage, fire protection, gas, municipal engineering, power threading, steel structure, greenhouse support and other fields, with long service life, convenient installation, safety and reliability.
II. Production Process
1. Base Material Selection: High-quality steel strips such as Q195, Q235B and Q355B are selected.
2. Welded Pipe Forming: High-frequency straight seam welding, sizing, straightening and cutting.
3. Pickling Pretreatment: Remove oil, oxide scale and rust.
4. Solvent Assisted Plating: Improve the adhesion of the zinc layer.
5. Hot-Dip Galvanizing: Immerse in molten zinc solution at about 450℃ to form a zinc-iron alloy layer + pure zinc layer.
6. Cooling, Passivation and Finishing: Improve surface finish and corrosion resistance.
7. Inspection, Packaging and Warehousing.

VII. Packaging, Transportation and Production Cycle

- Transportation: Suitable for container transportation and whole-vehicle transportation, not easy to be damaged by collision.
- Production Cycle: 5-7 days for conventional specifications.
