Thermal Insulation Steel Pipe - Product Detailed Description (Bilingual)


1. Product Introduction


Thermal Insulation Steel Pipe is a prefabricated composite pipeline integrating conveyance, thermal insulation, anti-corrosion and protection. It adopts integrated foaming technology, featuring a pressure-bearing inner layer, a heat-insulating middle layer, and a waterproof outer layer. Widely used in central heating, municipal HVAC, petrochemical, industrial fluid and low-temperature refrigeration projects. It can be directly buried or overhead installed, effectively reducing heat loss and eliminating issues like corrosion, condensation, and cracking. It is a core material for energy-saving and environmental protection pipeline engineering.


2. Core Structure (Three-in-One Integrated Type)


1. Inner Layer: Working Steel Pipe


It uses 20# seamless steel pipe, Q235B straight welded pipe, spiral steel pipe, Q345B low-alloy steel pipe, etc. Custom stainless steel materials are available. The pipe is subjected to Sa2.5 grade shot blasting derusting treatment, featuring high compressive strength and good sealing performance, suitable for conveying high-temperature hot water, steam, oil products, chemical fluids, and other media.


2. Middle Layer: Rigid Polyurethane Foam Insulation Layer


Adopting high-pressure integral foaming technology, it has a closed cell rate of ≥92% and a density of 60–80kg/m³. With a thermal conductivity coefficient ≤ 0.024W/(m·k), it provides excellent thermal insulation, low water absorption, flame retardancy, and sound insulation. It can withstand long-term high and low temperatures ranging from -50℃ to 140℃. High-temperature resistant foam materials can be customized for special working conditions.


3. Outer Layer: Protective Casing


The standard outer casing is made of High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipe, which is anti-aging, wear-resistant, waterproof, and moistureproof. For special working conditions, materials such as Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP), galvanized steel pipe, or carbon steel outer casing (steel sleeve structure) can be selected to adapt to strong acid and alkali environments, high-temperature steam, and highly corrosive underground geological conditions.

4. Overhead Special Thermal Insulation Steel Pipe


Equipped with additional anti-sun, rain, and UV protection layers. Suitable for laying in industrial parks, outdoor open areas, and other overhead projects.
