Brief Introduction of 1000L/h disc centrifuge milk separator:
The Centrifugal Milk separator is an important equipment for milk processing factories. It's also widely used for liquid material separation and decontamination.
It can be manually open for check. It has an automatic driven disc. Its equipped with a complete sophisticated system that can separate the butter (cream) from the skim milk according to the proportion difference of the substances in the milk and the temperature.
Types we have:
We have many kinds of capacities and types, such as 500L/h, 1000L/h, 2000L/h, 3000L/h and 5000L/h. For all, we have both automatic and manual slag discharging types for you to choose. Also we have both separator scan separate whey from yougert and fat from milk.

The minimum size of the material to process can be 5 micron. And the maximum number of the mesh is 400.
Mainly aplicates the small process capacity industry ,like ceramic,painting,dope,printing ink,pharmacy,
food and etc. This type machine consists of machine body,vibrating motor,outlet hopper,sieve griddle,e-control device. 2) High efficient screen filter low noise,small volume screen and filtration machine which can be displaced easily.
The process capacity of the spray painting material whose bulk density is 1.1t can reach 1200 KL/H,when the screen is of 325mesh.
the process capacity of the flour is 700 Kg/H, when the screen is of 30mesh..
To the indoor paint,the process capacity is 1.5 cubic meter per hour with a screen of 250mesh..
The machine was widely adopted in the food,ceramic,pharmarcy,chemical,painting,metallurgy and etc,
Also had the successful application in the brand name nosheries and their chain delivery center
to screen and filtrate the flour, bread floure,juice of vegetable and fruit and soybean milk.
